Respect of the intention of the customer about the personal information

1. We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent. However, we may show personal information without the consent of customer own when it was demanded disclosure by laws and ordinances or it was demanded disclosure by the public organization such as a court of law or the police.
2. When we received requests such as a change, the deletion about the personal information of the person himself from a customer, we will do the correspondence that it is necessary in deference to the will of the customer immediately.

1. We will fix the office rule about the protection of the personal information based on this privacy policy and show the policy about the handling and protection surely to the executive and an employee of the Hashimoto International and try for the protection of the personal information of the customer.
2. We fix the system inspecting whether the protection of the personal information is performed enough in an office.
3. We review the contents of each above items about the privacy policy of the customer appropriately, and we will improve it at anytime.
